
TRAINING
This training program focuses on helping individuals find congruence on their path to progress. Over the span of the program we hope to see an increase in confidence and control and a decrease in emotional exhaustion. We will go through and build on the progress and congruence models as we discuss the five principles to progress: Purpose, Priority, Perspective, Perseverance, and Pondering.




This training can be done in person or virtually. The recommended structure is a four hour training split over two days. In this training you will learn the principles to help find better balance in your life and set the foundation for ways you can apply these principles.

Progress
Our progress model focuses on five principles that help individuals stay focused on the person they hope to become over a life-span. Progress is accomplished over time as one moves forward on their path of development.

Congruence
Research shows that people at work and school experience emotional exhaustion. This can be attributed to the multiple roles and responsibilities that we all carry. Research shows that struggling to find balance can lead to a decrease in performance. At the heart of congruence is being the same person in every aspect of life.

EXPERIENCES

American CNG
American CNG had their team participate in our work-life balance training and coaching. Employees saw an increase in self-esteem and purpose.
Four professionals volunteered to pilot our work-life balance training and coaching. Participants saw an increase in their confidence and control.
Five students volunteered in our work-life balance training and coaching adapted for students. Students saw an increase in their mental health and confidence.
